I was impressed with the level of service provided by M&P Locksmith for my residential locksmith needs. Their technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in handling the installation of new locks and rekeying of existing ones. I highly recommend their services for any locksmith needs.

They charge $29 to have someone come out to tell how much their service is. I called to find out what they would charge to re-key a lock cylinder (That I’m buying on my own) for my truck. They immediately want your information and won’t give no information on what you need done until you agree to pay $29 to have a tech come out. They should be aware of their services before they start charging people money. It’s a re-key of a lock, you can’t tell me what you charge unless I pay you? Attests the dealer is straight up with me. Thought going third party would less hassle.

Called and left a message at 430am a few days ago, my wife locked herself out of the house on her way to work. No access to house or car. Phone call was never returned and finally went with another company hours later after my wife stood outside in the dark waiting for a callback. Not impressed as it states this is a 24 hour business.

One employee of the company stepped up for us in an emergency. Immediately after arriving, he changed the ignition switch on the vehicle. There are suggestions to hire him.
