I really needed a locksmith, fast and furious! I called Arizona Keys Locksmith LLC, and within one hour, Levi, from Arizona Keys Locksmith, was at my home. I could not believe how fast he open my home safe, model number 5072. Not the best of safes, but Levi was able to fix the problem so it won't happen again. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being.
