Scheduled a re-key with this company as part of our home warranty. which cost $ 75. In the initial call with them and in the schedule email it said nothing about having our key when they came out. The guy who came out said they would charge us a fee per lock that we didn't have a key to, which I declined to pay. I asked if he would wait for my wife to come back with the key which he said no to. So he left, paid $ 75 and got nothing for it.Also the owner of the company showed up unannounced and tried to sell us security cameras, which I did not ask for.
