Rick was a life saver! I locked my keys and phone in my car in a parking lot at Walmart in Avondale. When I was able to use a random persons phone, I found him and he drove from Sun City and rushed to me. I had my 3yr old son with me and had to pick up my other son from after school care. I have used this service twice, once for a secure lock and the second time for vehicle key copy. The secured lock key worked perfectly, however it took 2 weeks to receive the extra key from KeyMe. I wanted to see if this was an aberration or the norm, so I ordered a couple of copies of a General Motors late model SUV, at the time of writing this post, i am still waiting for delivery of those copies. it has been now 10 days from date of order and past the estimated 3-5 business promoted by KeyMe for delivery. As with any product , I of the old school generation (Age 59) will not tolerate is making of a sale with deceptive advertisement practices. I don't care if it takes 3 days or 30 days to receive pre-paid services from any company doing business. inform the customer, upfront, before the sale is even initiated, with an actual and reasonable delivery date of services, so (I) the customer can make a intelligent decision on whether that service suits or accommodates my current needs as a customer. Yes, I probably would not have used your service, had I known that you use third party delivery services to transport your sales product. But the intentional deception of information took away my right as a consumer to expect those services in a timely manner. For that reason, I am only giving KetMe a rating of 3. If I have not received this service by day 15, I will initiate a complaint with my bank and KeyMe customer service for a total refund.
If you use this service for any quick service solution, this is not very good product. I don't care, how inexpensive the service is. Hell, I could have passed away last week, and your service wouldn't have done me a bit of convenience. Therefore, if you can't improve your delivery system and truthfulness of the reality of transport to your customer, I will probably use a local service, that will afford me a more timely position of immediate gratification.

Good prices for key copies, you get to chose from a variety of locks and colors. Great locations in Walmart and other shopping centers as well. Take cash, debit, credit cards and send you the receipt in email also.

Lost my keys to my truck and read several articles saying I would have to get the truck towed to the dealership to get the new keys programmed. I had purchased 2 programmable keys off Amazon that had great reviews and had a chipless key that would not start the engine without the chip, only good for doors and unlocking the transmission. Bo came to the house, so I did NOT have to get my truck to the dealership, and he cut the keys ON SITE, and programmed BOTH new keys for $160 ALL inclusive! VERY pleased!!! Thank you!!!

These folks come highly recommended. For my 2004 Mercedes, I need the cutting of a new metal key blade. My estimate from AutoLocks in Sidcup was £90, which I felt was a bit excessive. Through eBay, I discovered Express Keys, so I went there to see if they might assist. While I waited, a new blade was cut and fitted for pennies in comparison to the quote above!
