Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.

They were over 90 minutes late for my scheduled appointment but were courteous upon arrival. Prices are a bit steep.

recently moved to Scottsdale and needed to re-key my new house. Levi was so awesome, and so neat. Got the job done on time, very professional, and nice. I never wrote a review before, but after getting such a nice service i had to write about him. I highly recommend him.

I needed to have my office locks changed after a break-in, and Arcadia Locksmith provided excellent service. Their technician was very knowledgeable and efficient, and he made sure that all of the locks were working properly before he left. I feel much safer now with the new locks installed.

I give 5 stars to BCM Locksmith of Phoenix, AZ. I had a safe with out the keys, & all I had to do is call BCM Locksmith, & with the Numbers on the safe, he was able to make me keys to open it. I am so grateful for the keys, as I was about to take a crow bar to it. He is also very reasonable in price. Thank-you, Mrs. Grateful

Locked myself out of my car and called every locksmith under the sun. Seriously. Mr. Lockout by far has the cheapest price. They charge 50$ during the day vs. Everyone else who charges 75$+. Extremely friendly, got here right on time, and literally took 30 seconds. Highly recommended!
