I needed my front door Re keyed. He did it in about 15 minutes including making several extra keys. The biggest bonus it's that the new lock and keys work smoother and easier than the one I had replaced!

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

They were great he was fast, didn't get in anybody's way while he was working! The keys are actually more smooth then the old ones from a different company. I believe his name was Tom. So thank you!

He came on time to rekey a number of locks for me, which he did very quickly. I also obtained improved keys.

Price gouging and unprofessional. Refused to give estimate, took 2 min to get the door open and asked for $275, eventually took 100 dollars cash. I do not recommend!

Was hiking and locked myself out of my car, did a quick Google search and was not disappointed with Mr. Lockout! Called them and Carol arrived promptly and helped me out for a flat rate of $50! Adding to my review because I had to call him again. This time my almost four year old locked us in his room, so RJ to the rescue again, on short notice on a Sunday. Thank you again and I still highly recommend him!

After a walk, my son (2 years old) ran in front of me through the garage and went inside through the garage door and shut it, locking the dead bolt. He wouldn't unlock it for me so after alerting Avondale PD I called RJ. He was out right away and got my door open.

I called in locksmith to see how much it would cost to key to doors. They said it was gonna be $75 each door. Plus a 20$ trip fee. I told them never mind I will go to home depot and buy some new door locks. I spent like 50$ and did it myself.
