Service tech tried quoting over $100s more then what was quoted by the company. When I called him on it, he refused to finish the work and left the house unlocked and unattended. The tech was extremely rude. Terrible customer service.

This guy was great. Showed up quick and unlocked my car in less than 30 seconds. Unfortunately for me the keys were not there. Had to have key made on spot and he was nice enough to only charge me for key and not the lock out too. Price was reasonable for this time of night.
