Recently purchased and home was not informed that the keys only worked on the front door not the security door or any other doors leading in. Called this company to ask their prices. They told me there is a 19 dollar service fee and the prices go up depending on how difficult the lock is to pick. Before they do any work they will tell us the price and we can choose to decline the service if we wanted.
The person showed up to unlock the home and we found that he was small enough to get through the doggy door. He got through and unlocked the door right next to him. Since no lock was picked and no price was quoted to me differently than the service fee I was shocked when he told me I owed him 45 dollars.
When I was shocked by the price he was not helpful and was actually mad at me! I told him I was told it would be 20 dollars. I called and specifically asked their pricing. And since no lock was picked and no work was done and no quote was giving to me before he went through the doggy door why would I pay more than double what I was quoted? Very frustrating and very rude.

I was traveling through Arizona and I lost my keys for my Chevy Impala 2013 , I called speedway locksmith and Joe was here in 20 min!! Made me a new flip key remote for my Chevy Impala and also gave me a spare key if I ever get locked out of my car , thank you Joe for coming out on a Saturday and getting me on my way in less then an hour. After my house key bent trying to unlock my front gate, I found this company on my Google Maps app and saw all of the positive reviews. So I called them up. After a roughly 45 minute wait, a man arrived (I didn't get his name, but he had a fairly long beard for the management's information) and after showing him the damaged key; he took it and made a copy of it in less than 5 minutes and had the gate unlocked a minute later. Considering I live in a neighborhood that isn't the safest, that speedy service was very much appreciated. Excellent job and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Excellent Customer Service! I called to Locksmith Service and Supply for locks change service, they changed all my locks and after few days one of locks stop working, i contact them again to get that fixed, the locksmith arrived quickly and replace the lock, all of the locks working great now. Highly recommend, i will call them again for sure.

We were having trouble getting our office door to unlock and lock, so we called North Valley Locksmith to get some insight. Dave arrived promptly and took a quick look at the lock. The next thing I knew, he was standing at my desk saying he was done and that the lock worked as good as new. He was efficient, professional and reasonable in his pricing.
