Contacted via the yelp app today which is a Sunday thinking I would hear back tomorrow. Within an hour I received a response. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. If not we will definitely be calling this company to fix or replace the lock. And since we have other keying issues we will call them in the future too! Thanks so much.

We never received the key that was supposed to be mailed to me but I did receive a refund.

Brent came out to rekey all of our locks, and was fantastic! I much appreciated his recommendations and additional guidance on a couple of doors with locking mechanisms that were not intuitive. I wouldn't have figured them out without doing some Google searches, and even then, I might not have figured it out.

They did the job. We have a keyless deadbolt. Only way in was drill through the door. We could have done it ourselves truth be told. However, we didn’t have the tools and the expertise to determine the lock and clicks to turn the deadbolt. We waited over an hour, nearly two hours for someone to call and to come out. Had to send pictures out. We had multiple locksmiths from different companies come out and turn down the job because they didn’t want the liability. Hector from Sitton was the only one that came out with a very simple solution of drilling through the door. I’m not happy about the whole experience or process or damage to the door. When you’re locked out, it is what it is and you got to take what you can. Out the door, I was charged $300. $150 for being on a Sunday. $100 for emergency lock out and the last $50 for drilling the door. 2 holes had to be drilled because hector missed the first one and drilled too high. We had to sign agreement that we we fully responsible for the damages. Again, it is what it is. $300 to get me back in my apartment even though the apartment would have only charged me $150 for damaged door and $25 per lock. It would have been cheaper had I just waited for the apartment leasing office to open the next day and get it fixed. However, my husband and I came home Sunday night after a long trip out of town. We just wanted to get in and shower and sleep. It would have costed around the same $300 for the hotel. Like I said, it is what it is. Locksmiths are way too expensive. And I guess I’m just thankful that Sitton Locksmith bit the bullet and actually came out to do the job. No matter what we had told the other locksmiths from the different companies, that we will pay for the damages, etc., they wouldn’t do it due to liability. Oh well. Thanks Sitton for doing the job that you advertise.

I didn't have time to compare pricing because I was short on time, but when I stumbled AZ Locksmith Today on the internet and gave them a call, everything from there on point were great in every other way. They were able to dispatached someone the following day and was finished in an hour. They also gave me a resonable price for the re key & key replacement. Thank you! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT COMPANY!

I called Acme Locksmith about copying a car key for my 88 MR2 because my original is so worn out, it would barely work the ignition, but not the door locks. After the Toyota Dealership being unable to help me, I went to Acme and spoke with Ryan. They informed me of the key code I needed from the door, but it was a very difficult task to take apart and retreve. Ryan took it upon himself to find a way. With oly the old key, Ryan went through the trial and error of replicating the key in its original factory form. After several tries within an hours time, Ryan was able to match the Toyota key perfectly! I wish you could see how badly worn the original key was, but for Ryan to replicate it so perfectly is mind blowing. Thank you Acme Locksmith, and Thank you Ryan for sticking around after closing hours to help me out! I will always recommend your company!
