I have a personal combination sentry safe that I used for years
all of a sudden I couldn't get it open. After looking on line I found this company I call and explain to Ray my problem and he said bring it in. He had it open in just a few minutes it seem as though a weight was lifted off my shoulder. I asked him what is the cost for this and he said no charge? Ray was very professional and helpful I totally recommend this company to people who need their problem solved.

Found Desert Locksmith when researching key fob replacement prices. Ran had the best prices I could find and he offers a great service, very professional and wore a mask. I will definitely be using Desert Locksmith for any work in the future.

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

Ed was very personable and patience. He got the key for our car made quickly and way less expensive than the dealer was going to charge us. I been here years ago when I needed keys made for my Airbnb. I remember the great service I got that time and decided to came here again. I highly recommend!!!

When the machine quits midway thru and gives you an error, know they you will never get your money back! I called and after 20 minutes of run around and BS excuses why they cannot refund me my money I gave up on the 10 bucks. How much is $10 worth vs. a bunch of bad reviews let’s see

PS. If you need the info ( date, time, blood type) for a refund their kiosk should tell the customer what’s needed not just listing a phone number but it does not. The process is not designed for a refund, it’s designed to rip people off.

I was in a rush and needed to get my car key copy done as soon as possible. The place I was going to was not opening for another 2 hours and I had a meeting in that time. The technician from the locksmith company was able to come all the way from Ahwatukee to Chandler to help me out. They did a great job at a great price and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The Service was fast and the gentlemen who came to change my locks were knowledgeable and very kind. I would absolutely contact them again if I needed a lock change.

He came with a mask that on and fixed everything in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
