Called Todd to open a lock at a storage unit I have and lost the key. He was punctual (actually early!) professional and had a great sense of humor. Excellent. I got a key made that the regular hardware store (including Lowes) didn't have. I received my key in a couple of days by mail and it worked perfectly.

Couldn't help me with the Jaguar key

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.
