He placed the order for the glass and as soon as it was done he was back out installing. Everlasting Window and Door came out to seal my leaking windows. (Poor installation by another contractor) Many window companies would not do it. They came out promptly, provided estimate, then scheduled the work. I was SO IMPRESSED!!! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about their business, but they were so professional and got the job done promptly. In addition, they noticed my back glass door did not slide open well. They knelt down and cleaned the track and showed me the issue was also with the rollers. They will be coming back to repair my door! This was not even what they were here for! They went ABOVE and BEYOND. I am VERY happy with Everlasting Window and Door and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Krasiva is wonderful. I recently had a large kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door, and had the window over the kitchen sink replaced, the window over the front door and side panel replaced, and the two large front bedroom windows replaced. I was so pleased with the difference the windows made in the front bedrooms with noise and cold air, that I decided to have them replace the windows in my bedroom, so they will be coming back when the windows arrive. I have requested that the two men who did the work return to install my bedroom windows. They were professional and personable. Perry, my sales representative also stopped by to check everything out while the men were working. I appreciated the concern the company has that everything is done right. I have already recommended Krasiva Windows and doors to several friends and neighbors.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I found the salesman to be straight forward, knowledgeable, and honest. The install technicians were polite, professional, punctual, and performed quality work. In my opinion, the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I was pleased with the end product and service they provided me with.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!
