IN SUMMARY: 2 fan palms removed, damage to tiles on roof have been fixed. I am a happy customer.Here is a full UPDATE on my experience with Tree Pros. Shortly after my original review from 8/9/18 (no one asked me to, however, I made the personal choice to delete it), I was contacted by a manager named Yesenia. She was professional, courteous and efficient and was sincere in her apology on behalf of Tree Pros short comings. She contacted another roofing company and had the owner call my husband that day. This company came out and did their job within 3 weeks (we did have a rough monsoon season so I took that into consideration as far as the amount of time goes). Yesenia stayed aware of the progress and ensured the situation was rectified. Robert, the owner of Tree Pro's, also reached out to me, expressing his apology. Even though all this started out rough, in the end, the fan palms were removed, repairs to my roof WERE taken care of and I am pleased. These days, I typically expect the worst from people, however, with the follow-up and full completion of the job, Tree Pros proved me wrong. Today I received a hand written letter from the owner Robert. It was an honest and well written letter taking full accountability for the entire situation and didn't make a single excuse. I give credit where credit is due. Tree Pros earned a few stars back.

Unlike the other services I contacted, Mr. Harris came to my home and looked at the trees to be removed rather than rely on texted pictures before giving a quote. I had 5 large trees (my landscaper told me he had planted them about 30 years ago) that had died suddenly. Within an hour, the trees were gone! The crew had removed and chipped the branches, cut and loaded the trunks for transport, ground the stumps below ground level and covered them, cleaned away all the debris & smoothed out the desert yard. They even trimmed a few dead branches from the old pine tree in the back yard. When they left, you couldn't even tell there had ever been big, dead/dying trees on the property. The men worked well together and I was amazed at how quickly my yard was transformed. I would not hesitate to recommend Harris & Sons Tree Specialists.

Regularly receive junk mail, have asked a few times to be removed from their junk mailing list and the requests have been ignored.

One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever worked with. Even as a regular customer, appointments are constantly missed and then they pop up on a different day with zero notice. That’s only if they even manage to show up at all, working with a landscaping company shouldn’t be so difficult. I can only speak on my experience, but if you’re looking for reliability then check elsewhere

I called 5 companies after I had storm damage of a tree in my yard. This company was the only one that responded and quickly I will add and they came over to give me an estimate that day. My tree was at risk if it didn’t come down soon and they made it a priority which I so much appreciated. Their pricing was very fair and they even cut the good parts of my tree so I can burn in my fireplace this winter. The stacked the wood so nicely and everything was cleaned up when I returned home. Anna was responsive to any questions I had and they got here to do the job a day earlier with their super busy schedule. Safety was discussed and I appreciated that because my tree was hanging in a common area of my townhome and they already knew how to safely handle it. It was a GREAT experience when I was expecting price gouging because so many people had damage but not them. I would highly recommend them, I took a chance and luckily for me, they turned out to be a great company that I feel I can trust for anything in the future. Thank you so much! Ann G.

We contacted American Tree and Landscape via Facebook and they responded right away. We then sent photos of the palm trees we needed trimmed (which are all very tall & require climbing) and were given a very reasonable price quote that same day. We next asked how soon they could do the job and were told that while they already had 2 jobs for the following day, they would be willing to fit us in after the other jobs were complete. They showed up early afternoon, got right to work, continually checked in with us as they were trimming the palm trees to make sure they were looking how we wanted them and the guys were just overall pleasant and wonderful to work with! We will be calling them again the next time we need any yard work done and/or trees trimmed!

I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

I can't express my gratitude enough for the phenomenal tree service provided! The entire process was not only efficient, but they left my yard looking better than before. Honestly, you'd think magical tree whisperers came and took care of everything. Seriously, highest of praises for them – highly recommend for any tree needs!

Filiberto and his team were great. I had a tree come down in a storm and needed it removed. He answered the phone, made time to come out, showed up when he said he would and was so easy to work with. He replaced the tree with a much better option, made sure it was planted correctly and checked the irrigation system and the other tree in the yard. It was a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

Very Satisfied with the service! Tree Service Peoria returned my call. Very fast and reasonably priced! I couldn't get any price close to theirs. They removed some palm trees that were beginning to damage my house and using their working knowledge of how best to thin trees for maximum growth they took it upon themselves to clean and trim everything that didn't work in my garden, the work of their crew is excellent

Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

AMS came out to rescue our messy yard, which had some seriously overgrown trees that were beyond my abilities to trim, along with some nearly equally overgrown plants and a collection of leaves. Between the front and back yards, they spent a good 2 hours or so and left us with a beautiful, tidy yard. There was some confusion with some (what I later learned were automated) emails regarding the terms of the service, but they were quickly sorted. Looking forward to seeing AMS keep our yard clean on a monthly basis from now on.

Its was a good decision call Sergio's landscaping at 8:00 this morning because i had a tree falling down on my roof and i was worried that it was going to fall at any time. So Sergio said the would be here around 9:00 10:00 , they got here at 9:45, looked at my tree and said they could help me out!! The price was right! Then they did something i did think they do they cleaned the fount yeard all of it! And was done by 11:00! Thank you for your help with my tree..and the two guys that came to my house and had to help my neighbor who is a lil old and was all in the way!!! You handle it great!!!
