American Tree & Landscape exceeded my expectations. Moe was very responsive to my initial contact. He made sure to confirm with me a few days prior to my appointment time. His team arrived on time, they were efficient, thorough, and kind to my dogs. All debris was removed when they left. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. They did a absolutely outstanding job in our backyard yesterday. They removed several pieces of large heavy curbing and removed dead plants, then they hauled in and spread 12 ton of rock all in about 6hrs! Absolutely amazing job!! There is a big difference between a true arborist cutting and trimming your trees versus your neighborhood landscaper. They have absolutely resurrected a couple of my trees with structural pruning and the soil injection was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend using tree care from, Moon Valley nurseries. They also removed a disgusting sisso tree for my mom's house and saved it from excessive invasive root damage.

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

Desert Garden what a great job you guys do everytime! I've had two other landscaping companies neighbors referred, found these guys and don't regret my decision from parting with neighbors. ? Everytime they leave I just love the way my front and backyard look. I love pulling up to a neat yard... especially, when your neighbors trees are so messy. Thank you Desert Garden Lawn Care. I called based on reviews. Owner helpful, asked questions that I answered in text. Quoted 75.00 verbally in text. Asked me to send picture of what I thought was a date palm. Sent 2. Told it would not be 75. But 140. 00 for branch trim & clean up or 180.00 for that plus some skinning. I agreed. Said he would be here 3-4. He could not get here till 5. Said he would start. I was surprised because it was late . He acknowledged. I ask hI'm to be careful with 2 canna flower beds. It was about 5:30 till they were set up and started. The man trimming went very fast with little regard for where things fell. One large branch fell on my miniature navel orange. It was just jerked off. Some branches hit my house leaving streaks. Then there was a flood of heavy branches falling on my one canna bed covering the tall stalks (5 ft tall). Then one fell in the 2nd bed and I went out to complain. There was no concern at all. The young man, who is a very hard worker, conscientious and caring, said he would fix it. I explained it can not be fixed. The stalks were buried and broken. He moved some things to protect 2nd bed. I must add that cannas have all become infected with a deadly virus - even those few sold at major home supply stores. Most cannot be purchased at all any more. Mine were purchased before that time and are rare. The green stalks must die back so the rhizomes have energy to grow in the spring. One of the rarest was still green and broken off totally. I am sick about it. Needless to say it was getting dark and they were in a hurry. The yard shows it. It looks like a hurricane went thru. Nothing was put back, it is not cleaned well, and there is terrible damage to ground covers as well. They should not have done the work. Not enough time. I have alot of work to do all for 180.00. I think they wanted to be of service and are really nice people. Adage applies - haste makes waste and in this case all the effort of landscaping and maintaining my yard is ruined. Even one of the workers said it was beautiful. No more.

Christian has removed a couple trees at my fathers house. He did a excellent job at a extremely complex removal out front by climbing it and sectioning it off into pieces, they fell perfectly and hit the intended spot every time he is a expert with that saw and I recommend his skills to anyone!

Excellent company ?

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.
