Best Tree Health Assessment in Phoenix AZ

Tree Pros came in at the cheapest quote I got out of three. After reading reviews and talking with the gentleman they sent out, I was set on using them. It was raining the day they came out for the tree removal. I received a curtesy call in the morning to let me know they were on their way. I spoke to a woman about my concern for the rain and was told that it wouldn’t effect anything. They did a great job cutting down the tree but left a really huge mess after. I was lied to by someone on their crew, stating that they’d be back the next day first thing to clean my yard and remove a large amount of the logs they left in my front. They didn’t come back until the following Monday 4 days later.. the clean up was very poorly done. I had my next door neighbor come complain to me that they left behind a mess on her property also. I was very embarrassed after talking to her the week prior getting permission for Tree Pros to come onto her property and clean up at Tree Pros recommendation.. I guess this is a good lesson in life not to go with the lowest estimate and believing reviews online.

Ultimate professionals. The expert in the tree could tell live branches from dead ones, figured out which order to start cutting so he would still be able to access remaining dead wood, was careful to safely store his saw after each cutting before doing anything else. The crew was pleasant, professional, and competent. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. I am convinced that trees should only be cared for by professionals who know that different trees require different care and under different circumstances. I've tried many different so-called tree experts but I've found the one with whom I will stay! I highly recommend this company!

From start to finish they were great. I have a lemon tree that lost a large limb and worried the tree couldn’t be saved. Carl came out and advised me what he could do to save the tree. The crew was out the next day and did a wonderful job of pruning, fertilizing etc. I highly recommend this company, the price was very reasonable and everyone involved was friendly, professional and timely.

Rick checked on our large mesquite trees that had been badly overtrimmed. He is very knowledgeable and good at explaining tree health needs. With his fertilizing service and watering instructions, we feel reassured and confident our trees will be back to health soon.

Did a good job with my trees preparing them for monsoon. One of my trees recently came down and their crew cleaned it up. Fast and efficient.

I used Arbor Care based off the good reviews. A branch of a large tree in our backyard had broken, and was hanging off into our yard and partially on our roof. I called and was told to text them some photos to give a quote. The quote was $250 to simply remove the branch, and $375 to remove the branch and balance/trim the tree. I thought the quote seemed high but we were anxious to resolve the issue and agreed to the $375. I was told I would be called the next day by the scheduler, which I was. He said they would be coming out in 7 days to do the work. I called back asking if they could come sooner, because we were worried about additional damage happening due to the fact the branch was partially hanging off the roof. The scheduler said he would call me back, but never did. All in all the work was done well, but in hindsight I wish I had gotten more quotes from other companies who may have been able to come out sooner and given a more affordable price.

I called because I had a pine tree that was not doing well. Debbie, the arborist came out to my property and diagnosed, mites. The technician came within a week and sprayed. My beautiful pine is on its way back. Yeah for Bartlett, they are my heros!

Joe and his team removed a Sissoo tree from my back yard. He treated the roots (after removing the tree & stump) with a herbicide and explained to me how to further treat them. The Sissoo tree can be very invasive and the roots will continue to live unless treated. They were professional, easy to work with, communicative, conscientious and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Joe and call him regarding any tree service needs.

This company is a joke. Literally sprays children with tree pesticides! Also horrible customer service!

Howard showed a genuine apologetic response to the issue I posted on this review page. He sent me an interesting read about trees in general. Therefore, I have retracted my earlier very negative review. The rating now is for Howard's response since my initial posting, and his sincerity. I believe he is a honest business person, and is still having the usual growing pains of a family run business. Thanks Howard for your effort to make things right.
