On May 31st, I made an appointment for their sales rep to come to my house to quote the cost for trimming 5 trees. The rep was scheduled to come Tuesday afternoon, June 4th. I spoke with him this afternoon and he confirmed that he would be at my house at 1:30 PM Five minutes prior to the agreed to arrival, he called me and stated that my house is outside of his company's service territory and he cancelled the meeting. I stayed home this afternoon to meet with him. I will never use this company as they cannot be trusted. They got one star only because this system required a star to post a review. They do not deserve any stars!

I submitted a request online, it took a few days for me to be contacted but Jason was at my house within 10 minutes of contacting me. He explained all my options well and answered my questions. I have not had my service yet however.

Joe and his team did an excellent job removing our 50 ft tall sisso tree. He not only removed the tree but also ground out the stump, cut out any exposed roots, and did a treatment on the roots that were underground to kill what was remaining. He was very communicative and professional throughout the whole process. I had to work the day he removed the tree so he took pictures throughout the entire process and sent them to me. He left everything very neat and clean when the job was done and you can hardly tell there had ever been a huge tree in my backyard. I would definitely recommend him! He was also very reasonably priced.

Tree Doctor removed a huge mesquite tree for us. They not only came when they were scheduled, but they cut the tree in small logs for our neighbor who uses the wood for his motor home bbq. They were so clean and efficient! Would highly recommend them!

ArborCraft met and exceeded our expectations! We found them on yelp and received quotes from several other companies as well. They were very prompt and responsive from the beginning. Burt came out to give us a quote and you could tell he was very knowledgeable and a true expert. From there, the ladies in the front office were so sweet and helpful in getting on their schedule. Before they left, they made sure to walk around and have me approve all of the work before they left. We couldn’t have been happier with the quality of work and the service and would recommend them to anyone needing tree service!
