Design Tree did an excellent job at my home! I needed my tall Palo Verde tree in my front yard trimmed and prepped for monsoon season. They did a drive by quote, did exactly what they said they would do to the tree and charged exactly what they quoted me. All while not having to leave work to be at home the entire process. They are very quick with their initial response and also their work and cleanup. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I called two other companies with good online reviews. One didn’t show and the other spent most his time giving me a hard sell (and didn’t respect social distancing in this Covid environment).

I am very grateful for Trees for Needs and how Jennifer has helped us coordinate the treatment of our dying Pine Tree. She has been a pleasure to work with and the best part is that our Pine Tree is thriving again!

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

I had Phoenix Trim-a-Tree come by and trim my large pine tree in my front yard. They did a phenomenal job trimming and cleaning up in a timely manor. I will definitely be using them again for future work.

Your company did an amazing job cutting and trimming our mighty maple tree. The crew was reliable and all the team trim and shape the trees like it's an art form, all for a very good price! This is one of the best quality companies I have come across in the Peoria area.

They made it in and out with no mess and and charged me less then the other guys were asking. They were nice, and knew what they were doing.

Excellent experience! Evan came and planted a beautiful ironwood in our backyard. Our soil is caliche and very hard to dig in. Evan took his time to make sure the tree was properly planted. Excellent service and fair pricing. Will definitely use again for my tree services!

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.

As new Arizona resident homeowners from Chicago my husband and I felt unprepared for the care and maintenance of the many mature trees and shrubs on our Scottsdale Ranch quarter acre lot. The six tall Eldarica pine trees in our back yard were full of brown-needle branches, the forty-foot sissoo and eucalyptus trees on our parkway were equally loaded with dead branches and in need of thinning and shaping. A Chinese elm and ash tree in the front yard were in need of a good pruning, as well. Living Tree has been great, particularly for my mature Palo Verde trees. I lost one of my trees because the various services I tried never pruned the Palo Verdes correctly, and large limbs would break off in the summer monsoon storms. Living Tree has been the only service I have found that correctly prunes these dessert trees to withstand the summer storms, and to keep them looking nice all year.
