Best Large Tree Removal in Phoenix AZ

We needed two palm trees removed because they became to hard to manage. Called many local companies and Hayward was the most competitive price. Another company came back at almost double the estimate from Hayward. They were fast, friendly and professional. My yard looks great.

From start to finish they were highly professional! I needed some large limbs cut off a large tree and 2 large bushes removed and the cost was very reasonable. The representative who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of the trimming/removal, the first 2 of the team showed up and immediately began their work. I was amazed at the high safety level on which one of them carefully got up the tree with ropes and winches AND the power saw attached to a rope. He carefully and painstakingly removed branches and finally the large limbs. The other team member cut & moved the limbs and branches to the curb just as the other 2 team members arrived with the wood chipper, etc. They then set their sights on removing the 2 large bushes and everything went neatly into the chipper. They also cleaned everything up so well and covered the rocks back over where the bushes had been that you would not even know that any work had been done! I am SO impressed with their work, professionalism and teamwork that I would definitely recommend them!

They showed up when they said they would show up and performed the work as promised. It was a great company to work with.

Jesse’s crew took down a 30 ft ficus and a very large eucalyptus. They were careful with my and my neighbor’s property. They had an efficient process from the first cut to grinding the stumps. They made sure to go above and beyond when cleaning up after they were done. I would definitely hire these guys again. Thanks Jesse and Miguel!

Fair price and next day service when all the other tree guys were booked because of the storm. Will hire again. He also climbs palm trees the other guys won't do. He will be doing those for me next.

Tom and his crew are by far the best in the business. If you want the job done right and done well. I highly recommend them. I have been in the landscaping industry for ten years and one thing you learn is the NEVER go with someone I experienced. Tom and his crew will be the only people I call!

We love Veterans Family Tree Service. We have been using them for 4 years now and they do n amazing job. We have had several large trees removed and they trim our palm trees every year. They clean up afterwards and you can barely tell they have been there other than the great looking trees! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs any tree work done :).

We were referred to JR's Tree Service by our HOA. We had a large jacaranda in our front yard that we needed removed and another tree that needed to be thinned. They did an excellent job removing the large tree and cleaning up the site. However, they hit the irrigation line with the stump grinder and pruned the other tree too severely - to the point where it most likely not recover from the shock. We have been assured multiple times that the irrigation line would be fixed, but after two weeks of broken promises, we were forced to find another company to make the repairs.

UPDATE: The owner, James, sent his sprinkler guy out yesterday and fixed the line. James also said that they don't normally fix broken sprinklers when we grind stumps because there is no way for us to avoid them when we grind if they are close to or in the stump.

Service was great. Good communication, job done correctly. Would recommend to anyone.

Our last tree guy abandoned the job, left a huge mess and a tree untou he'd. Heard about this company y. Called and spoke with Shannon who helped schedule a appointment. Jon came on time his team got to work and were done within an hour. Next day we needed them to come back for more. Again very professional and were able to help. Prices are comparable to others. One thing I especially appreciated after finishing he didNot tell us about other trees, like others do to get more money. Very happy with them they're our new tree guys!
