I had a huge old mesquite tree that had to be removed. Part of it was hanging over wires, part of it over my neighbor's garage, it was going to be a tricky removal, so I needed to work with a company that was licensed, bonded, insured. After checking the Registrar of Contractors website to make sure they had a clean license, I contacted Tree Pros for an estimate. It was a Five Star experience from start to finish. I was able to reach someone immediately by phone, and an estimator, Kyle, was at my house within a day or two. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me a written estimate on the spot. During the course of scheduling the tree removal, I was in phone contact with the office several times. The ladies were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and if they were not able to answer a question, they were able to get the information for me quickly. Great communication was maintained through the entire process. On the day of the tree removal, a four man crew showed up on time and got to work quickly. They were all very pleasant, courteous, and careful and respectful of the surroundings. It was a seven hour job, and during that time at least two different supervisors showed up to check on the progress of the work and check in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. The whole thing went off without a hitch and a project that I was dreading turned out to be a painless and actually pleasant experience. It was fun to watch a group of true professionals take down that beast. There was lots of rigging and climbing and chain saws going and they made quick work of it all and left the area spotless. Thanks, Tree Pros. I'll recommend you every chance I get and will use you for future tree services.

Sam went way above and beyond last fall. I had a unique request of him and boy did he and his guys deliver! My large parrot had flown away and we were tracking her from tree to tree over a day and a half. I was in contact with Sam about the possibility of using his tree trimming truck to get up into the tree to get her because she didn't know how to get down.

Once she got to a tree that we would be able to access with his truck, they came over on their lunch break to offer their assistance in between appointments. Luckily Sam had grown up with a parrot and understood how sensitive we had to be with the entire situation as to not scare her away again.

Within about 15 minutes she was back in my arms and they were on their way to the next appointment. If it weren't for these guys, I don't know how long I would have been camping put in the neighborhood below trees just waiting for her. Thanks again Sam and crew!!!!

I've been using BJ's landscaping for a couple years I am very satisfied with the work. They're very flexible I need a date changed. Whenever there is a problem they let me know about it and if I have one for them there immediately able to correct it. Prior to them I went through three different landscapers. When I ask them to do a certain area but I want more attention to did you exactly as I wanted

Pedro and Rodrigo arrived to the job early (I appreciated it!) and they were a very personable crew. Quick and efficient with a tree removal, some pruning, leaf blowing, etc.. Very communicative about the protocol and what to expect afterwards.

I walked outside and felt like I was in a different yard.

I will absolutely use Elite for any and all plant-related jobs in the future!

We hired Divine Design Landscape a few months back for regular maintenance, and it has been a real pleasure working with Nathan and his team. OUTSTANDING! We were researching removal of our 30+ foot Mexican Fan Palm and came across Moon Valley at a local Home Show about 2 months ago. We inquired with 3 other companies as well and ultimately chose Moon Valley because of their reasonable rates, desire to do the job, excitement in the job and timeframe to get the job done.

Not only did they show up earlier than expected, they had a crew of six who had our Palm Tree down in record time from what we expected. They cleaned up beautifully.

The stump grinding team, of surprisingly a crew of just two arrived, and also in record time, removed the stump to where you'd never know anything was ever there! Cleaned up and left our yard looking perfect!

All the men who worked here were great, very informative, courteous and hard workers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moon Valley Tree Care if you want reasonable rates and outstanding results! We'll be hiring them to plant our new, shorter hahaha, tree this fall!

Lobo Landscaping was great- they fit us in when they were very busy. The guys arrived on time and worked hard to chip and remove a large pile of brush and stumps and debris. Really appreciate the fair price, great work, and great communication. The crew was very respectful too. We look forward to using them again in the future!

I had first contacted ArborCraft in the summer, after receiving a letter from the HOA regarding the trees on my property. Clayton came out & gave me a fair estimate, but I used another service as they were available the next day. I wished I had waited the two weeks for Clayton. A few months later & another HOA letter found me calling him again. He gave me a quote for the removal of a tree & the crew was out in a few days. You’d never know there was ever a tree in that spot. They not only ground down the stump, but removed all the visible roots as well, & kept to the original estimate. From the great communication at the office to the awesome work by the crew, I am so happy with their services & am sure the HOA will be, too. Thank you, ArborCraft!

Star away!! Over promises under delivers domes not show up when is scheduled or at all for weeks at a time then wants to service the account on a Sunday to fit his schedule. Charged me for $in plants that died because he did not know how program the system. Promised a refund and then blocked me. WPRST business in the landscaping world out there. Stay away
