I had become unhappy with my prior Arborist so I called Chip off the Old Block. My experience with them was great from the beginning to the end! Anthony came out to my home and walked my whole property with me. He listened to what I wanted and made recommendations along the way. He was professional and super friendly, (even great with my dog)! He explained everything they were going to do and why they were going to do it. His estimate was complete and very fair. I received a call from the office, the very next day, to schedule a time to have the work done. The crew showed up when they were scheduled to and got right to work. Humberto and Manuel did a great job! They went above and beyond my expectations! Our trees look great! They worked quickly, finishing within the time I had been told it would take. They cleaned up everything and made sure my yard looked even better than before they arrived. When my husband arrived home, he was blown away by how great everything looked. I can't say enough great things about this team! I am so glad I made the call!

Very frustrated - paid $185 and specifically asked for weed treatment - the weeds are thriving so I essentially paid $185 to have the lawn mowed. The crew was late so I assumed maybe they forgot to spray and asked if maybe they could come back and spray when I noticed the weeds were growing back up a few days later. It’s been weeks now and they haven’t sent anyone. Asked me to set up another appointment and then never offered any times. I followed up again and even gave them a heads up that I was going to write this review and still no response. I recommend finding someone else to take care of your yard!

They were clean and made sure that there were no damages done during the process. Very good cleanup and service for a great price! They were quick and safe. The arborist knew what he was doing. Very pleased! Thank you!

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting our time. We have a 7’ max Mexican Fan palm that died. I even said that to customer service before scheduling the estimate. The guy who came out was on time and very nice. Then he chuckled as he told me that there was a $400 minimum charge. He seemed to know that there was zero chance I was paying that. I asked him why they would even bother with the estimate, knowing that it would not meet the minimum? He said so they can come out and see if we would have them do more work. Being from the Midwest where customer/business relationships actually matter, I am once again let down by businesses here in Arizona. This company might help you very well if you have bigger jobs, but apparently my job is too small for them to waste their time. They must have money coming out of their ears to turn away business.

This company is legit, fast, affordable, punctual, friendly staffs, GREAT service will definitely utilize them again!!

We hired Desert Garden Lawn Care to do monthly service for our property. David always reaches out a day or so in advance to let us know he's coming. They show up when they say they are going to and do a FANTASTIC job. Our yard looks so tidy and clean after!! We are so glad we found them. If you are looking for a reliable yard service, give them a call!

I couldn’t be happier with their service. I called on Monday 4/26/21 and the job was done that following Wednesday, super quick! The crew trimmed two African sumac trees both of which were overdue for a trim. Not only did they trim the trees beautifully but they also cleaned the surrounding area of leaves and debris, I really appreciated the extra work. I’ll definitely use this business again.
