I had a wonderful experience with Trees for Needs! During a recent wind storm, my lemon tree fell over. Maria was out the same day to look at it, and had a team there the following day to remove it. They did an amazing job and even saved all of our lemons for us after my daughter mentioned being sad about losing them. Trees for Needs was efficient, professional, and responsive, from the beginning of the process to the end. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any of my tree needs!

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

My neighbor hired this company and they butchered my trees. No regard whatsoever for the health of the trees. Beware!!! The neighbor who butchered my trees has reviewed this company below. He harmed my trees, likely illegally. And this company partnered with him.

Bartlett has been taking care of my trees for many years and they do a fine job. They know how to prune trees so that they are both healthy and beautiful to look at. Their cleanup is also very good. Debbie, my arborist is great to work with and Val, the foreman really knows how to prune trees.

Did a great job. They were done in a few hours. Cleaned it all up and left no mess. Very professional and efficient.

We just had a monster pine tree (around 90' tall) removed. The tree was located at the very back of our half-acre lot with no access. The tree had to be cut down piece by piece and each piece hauled to the street. All high trunk cuts were roped and lowered to the ground. The crews of Juan and Miguel were professional and competent. We were very impressed. We have used Tree Drs twice in the past and they are coming back next month to do more work.

Ok, these guys are in my yard as I write this. A crew of 3, taking down an old overgrown mesquite tree that is snugged up against the retaining wall. There's also an Ash tree that has been trying to grow, but the Mesquite has it covered and wrapped in its canopy.

The crew is extraordinarily careful, and they work safe, but efficiently. So far, I'm very impressed.
