I've used this company for years but never again. Definitely don't recommend. At the beginning of the year I had to call several times over a period of weeks to get a job scheduled to trim my silk oak. They finally came out to take care of the tree this spring. when they were done the tree was butchered. It used to be a beautiful tree but it looked terrible. Whoever worked on the tree was not an arborist. The tree never recovered from what they did and is now dead and needs to be removed. I won't be paying them to remove the tree they killed, and I will never use them again.

Did not accurately complete work discussed prior to job. No follow up to correct.

Professional and friendly service. Did exactly what they were contracted for. But, I had a last minute change and they happily accommodated the change with a new contracted price. Will definitely use them again.

My Tree (an Ash) was woefully in need of a thinning and runing. It is 20 years old and never pruned. Design Tree maintenance did a fantastic jotne tree had grown over into my neighbors back yard They clean up both my yard and my neighbor's and now the tree looks great and grass will grow there again. Service for annual maintenance on olive tree. Pruning of neighbors overhanging trees. Very professional and thorough. Great knowledge of what to cut and what to keep. Excellent care to prevent any impedance or damage. Yard left cleaner than when they started and tree in great shape.

Colin and crew have been out to our property twice now to remove a few trees as well as prune others. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job all the way through, including clean up. Additionally, I find Colin to be professional, honest and humble. I highly recommend them!!

One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever worked with. Even as a regular customer, appointments are constantly missed and then they pop up on a different day with zero notice. That’s only if they even manage to show up at all, working with a landscaping company shouldn’t be so difficult. I can only speak on my experience, but if you’re looking for reliability then check elsewhere

Part of our yard is a wash and it gets really torn up in rain/storms and after contacting them via their website, I was able to meet Ana within days, get a quote, and the team came out that Saturday to get our yard looking 100x better! Already set up reoccurring services for yard maintenance. Very happy with quality and value.

I used them this week for the first time to trim three Palo Verde/Brea trees. Jesse thoroughly explained the best way to address these trees and provided a very competitive bid. He and his crew arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up after they finished. I would use them again.

Spoke woth Rachelle asking for a quote on trimming 3 palm trees. She made an appointment for Austin to come out and provide an estimate. Austin proceeded to quote us $125 per palm. I said let’s do it. He then said “The only problem is that we have a $600 minimum.” I asked why would this appointment ever be made and advised that not only Elite wasted his time, they wasted mine.

We have used Premium Tree Care twice and have been very pleased with the results. Josue was easy to communicate with and the team are very professional and get job done right. Plan to use their services again in the future and highly recommend them

The work crew showed up when they said they would and cut down several trees and pruned our shrubbery as well. The work was excellent! Owner/operator Dimitrius and has wife Lyn (who coordinates all the work) make a great team! We had them remove a fallen tree on short notice after a storm, and Dimitrius and his helper did a fantastic job and were on time and cleaned everything up like it had never happened. Very satisfied with the work they performed, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Great job!
