I found doing business with this deck company was a very positive experience. They're great people to work with, their crew worked fast and got the job done quickly. I'm super pleased with them.

Started out with great customer service by Justin Hall; he bent over backwards to try to help us stay within our budget. Unfortunately the project manager, John F. ruined the deal by trying to suck more money out of us by trying to convince us to let them do more than we originally wanted. We were very specific on our budget, and knew exact materials that we wanted. We never received itemized quotes for the extra sections of the project after numerous requests. Finally, John sent us an email seemingly irritated with US, and said the new price for all work would be over $30K ($10K over what we told him our budget was), with a take it or leave it attitude. Needless to say, we left it. I hope for Justin's sake he does not get paired up with John F. again on future jobs. What an unfortunate loss of a customer.

Great place.. Employees are nice, materials are excellent, I have used there products for years and never had any problems with anything I have purchased from here. Employees are easy to talk to, are a big help when needing advice. I am a frequent shopper here and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot say enough about New Life Kool Decking. They just completed resurfacing our pool cool decking & patio & they did a superior job. We are super happy with their work! 2 star only because they don't service Kingman Az., love this decking, has great features and the commercial I saw the people looked like they really believe in there product, but they look like they'll go out of there way to please there customers, it's call DEVOTION and belief in there product!!!
