The deck install I hired this company to do went really well. I was constantly updated as to the progress of the project and watching the team work was a pure delight.

This was a home project of tile removal around the pool and then resurface with a standard lace texture. A compete success!!! I was not sure it could be done but Arrowhead did a fantastic job. What I really appreciated was the communication from beginning to end. The work was done during a wet December and January so there were challenges. They worked through them, kept me informed and always showed when they said they would. The owners, John and Catherine, as well as Kari in the office were great. I will hire them for future work for sure. Highly recommend.

After receiving five estimates to repair and resurface the decking around my 14 year old pool, I decided to have NLKD do the job. Dave the owner came to my home and after examining my deck, gave me an estimate which was $1000.00 lower than my highest estimate. He explained what process he uses and it was the same that everyone else uses. NLKD had good reviews so I decided that I would contract with them. Dave said that when he got back to the office, he would check their calendar to see when they could start. Kelly contacted me from the office and said they could start on 9-14-22 and the job would take 2-3 days. The crew, Brandon and Angel were due to arrive between 8 & 9 on the 14th. The office contacted me on the 13th to advise me that they were running a little behind on a previous job and the crew would be at my home a couple of hours late on the 14th. ( most companies don’t let you know and leave you guessing). Anyway, they showed up at approx. 11:00 and immediately went to work. These two workers are the best that I have ever encountered. They did not waste any time getting started and had my pool bubble wrapped in no time and masked everything around the pool that could have received overspray from the process they used. On Friday, the 16th, Brandon and Angel finished my Kool Deck resurfacing and it looks better than it ever has. Brandon and Angel uncovered the pool, removed all of the masking that they had done and cleaned up any mess that they had made while completing the job. I cannot say enough good things about these two guys.
One other thing I would like to mention is the honesty and integrity of this company. When Dave examined my decking for the estimate.he found several areas where he felt that the cement was deteriorating and that those areas would require extra attention and a special coating to seal it. On the estimate this was a $300 charge. I asked Brandon how the cement looked after he finished grinding the coating off. He said that it looked fine and and didn’t feel that the special coating was going to be necessary after all. I mentioned this to Dave Sheehan, the owner, and he said that since Brandon felt that it wasn’t necessary, I had a refund of $300.00 coming back. A few days later Dave stopped by and presented me with my refund. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company and his employees and highly recommend them to anyone that may need the type of concrete repair that they do. It should also be noted that I am not affiliated with or compensated by this company.

My pool deck looks better than ever. The slip-resistant surface has made my pool area both beautiful and safe.

BEWARE! This company is a complete JOKE! Words cannot describe the awful experience I had with this company. The project was done in March of this year and chunks of the floors are literally missing. I am more than happy to discuss further with anyone even considering using Sledge. Going with this company was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made.

I will echo everyone else's positive comments about PCC Roofing. I can't say enough good things about the company and its employees. We needed our very old residential roof replaced and got bids from three companies, PCC being one of them. Sean at PCC was much more thorough than the other two companies and explained everything, including advice on roof color to complement our house.

We felt the bid was fair. We set a date for the work. The supplies and crew showed up when promised. Everything was done in the time frame discussed and a great new roof was the result.

I have been involved with a number of residential construction projects and have had the pleasure and displeasure of working with good and bad construction crews. PCC is one of the great ones!
