We are very satisfied with the territorial 3 stone pattern patio pavers. The concrete work on the edging was impressive as we had not seen that on other patios that we had checked out ahead of time. The pavers around the two trees was done well. It was great to work with the office staff. They were professional and followed up via computer contacts timely and very friendly! They answered our questions and provided options for us to consider. The installers were extremely efficient and so fast. The team appeared to work well together. The guys were friendly and respectful cleaning up at the end of the project!! We've gotten many, many compliments from the neighbors. We had the owner of NLKD come out to view needed repairs on our old worn out Kool Deck surrounding our pool in May 2020. David came on time, provided much needed guidance on steps necessary to bring the area up to standards and quickly provided a very competitive quote for repairs. The crew they sent out to do the repair were ON TIME, completed the prep work quickly, answered any questions we had and the clean up process was spotless. End result was a pool deck we were very pleased with that should stand the test of time. The product recommended allows us to walk on the area even in the hottest summer temps. We also worked with office manager Kelly who always answered questions and responded quickly. Do yourself a favor and contact NLKD today!

Called into get some information, that was a mistake spoke with steve must just woke up.
I let him know that I found this company on the web and seemed a bit lost. I asked him if they would build a casita in Mesa, if he was familiar with the City building codes. steve said we are bizzy and we are not doing any more projects this year . Not sure how to begin. SRS just finished a full remodel of my home on the golf course in a Ocotillo that was completely original. Arches, carpet, bad layout, choppy, etc. We wanted open spaces, and modern clean design and high end finishes. I interviewed several GCs and having done dozens of remodels in my life, went with SRS on a hunch. Best decision I have made. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and the quality of all the men and women involved was beyond what I could ask for. I’m actually going to miss seeing these guys daily (although I’m so glad it’s done). 4 months to finish a job that most GCs had told me would take 6 minimum. Great crew.
