I've used this service for years. Our current craftsman, Ron Sparks, is someone on whom we can always rely to do quality work for the many projects that he's completed around our 47-year-old house. While many repairs and upgrades are still needed, we're confident that Ron's expertise will resolve our issues in a timely and professional manner -- working with Ron and Handyman Connections' craftsmen has eliminated a lot of stress that we've experienced with other companies. Ron is licensed and bonded in just about everything that we could need, so we're very confident in both his knowledge and his demonstrated skills. One final note is that Handyman Connection is very conscientious about sending out only experienced people as we noticed early-on before we became acquainted with Ron; even so, he's the best as far we're concerned. It's no wonder that even during the COVID crisis in 2020, Handyman Connection was still high in demand because of the value and quality to which their company is dedicated. Found Jeremy the Handy Man on line, so glad I did. Very courteous & prompt in getting back. I needed electrical work done, he sent Justine. Did an amazing job. I highly recomend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came out and put some Christmas lights on the upper story of our house around Thanksgiving. I paid in full and was reassured they would come out the first week of January to take them down which was supposedly included in the original price. After not hearing from them I finally I contacted them and asked when they would be able to take them down and received no concrete date. Two weeks later and still no communication as to when they would take them down. It is now the end of January and I had to hire someone else to get them down. The owner, Steven is unprofessional, dishonest and has no integrity!

I have engaged the services of Response Crew a couple of times since moving into my new home. They helped me build a sauna, balance some existing ceiling fans and move/reinstall the washer and dryer after the house remodel. They have always been on time, professional and courtesy and cleaned up whatever there was to clean. They even wiped down the washer and dryer that had been stored in the garage and was covered in remodel dust. I have recommended Response Crew to several friends for some of their handyperson needs. I call the Honest Handyman Service for everything. They've fixed my leaking toilet, motion lights, and broken sprinkler heads to name a few. They also completed new installations of my garbage disposal, digital thermostat, kitchen exhaust fan, and some lighting fixtures. As their name says, they're honest.
