I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

I shopped around and got couple quotes but the timeline was a deciding factor since I have 2 toddlers at home and living without a kitchen was a scary idea.
Jesus came out to take measurements and explained that the process was going to take 5 days.
Jesus was very easy to communicate with and his team was extremely punctual ( which is very difficult to find in a construction world)
We did a lot of modifications of the original design and Jesus was very prompt to execute all the changes with no issues.
My neighbors still cannot believe that I have a whole new kitchen in a less than a week.
I will definitely use this company for my next project.

Daniel Ciorba has been phenomenal to work with! He has been very communicative and timely throughout the process. We were not sure exactly what we wanted when we first reached out to him, since this is a first time for us to do a kitchen remodel. He made great suggestions, of which we accepted all of them. Now we are just waiting for the cabinets to arrive! I will post a follow up review with before and after pictures once remodel is complete. Thank you Daniel for all of your assistance!!

Ordering here was really easy, they even offered delivery. When I received my cabinets, I realized the color I had picked out did not fit my color preference for the kitchen as well as I thought they would. However, Upon making the company aware of this, they were more than happy to utilize their warranty and replace them for different colored free of charge. The new ones were perfect!

My experience with castle cabinets was great. I replaced my whole kitchen cabinets with a darker wood finish. Staff was super understanding when I could not make up my mind on the color. After install, my kitchen now looks like a brand new house. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend.

Empty promises and delayed responses from owner, while he cherry picks his jobs for the highest profits. Lack of professional communication as the greedy owner can only warrant a 1 star. I recommend working with a company that treats you better.

Update as of March 31, 2023. Our job is still unfinished and we haven’t heard from anyone from Sanels. We are currently looking into getting an attorney. Please don’t use this company!

Don’t be deceived by their showroom. What you see in the showroom isn’t what you get. Our cabinets were built so poorly! There are gaps and they don’t sit flush. They don’t tell you when you are purchasing your cabinets that they put paneling on the sides of the cabinets. So when our cabinets were delivered they were missing the paneling. The installers didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to, they sent a different set of installers who didn’t have all the information about the job and weren’t able to complete the job. Sanels didn’t send enough scribe for our cabinets so we are still waiting for the scribe to be installed, the bottom door handles to be installed and we are missing a door to be installed as well. All while we keep calling them to try to get answers and no one returns our calls. When we do talk to someone they just pass the blame onto someone else. So we are left with an unfinished job and no answers as to when it will be finished.
