Let me begin by stating that I would strongly NOT recommend doing business with this company. I placed an order for kitchen cabinets to arrive in mid May. Upon the delivery driver showing up, I was at that point informed that two of my cabinets were on backorder, no communication previously so that I could make arrangements with my contractors and no idea when they would be in stock. In addition, there were a couple of shortages, the delivery driver was able to go back to the previous delivery to retrieve one of them, the other shortage I was told I could pick up at the warehouse. I experienced several quality control issues with the cabinets not being squared, one of the cabinets literally fell apart out of the box, one of the roll out trays the dovetails did not align, I received incorrect slides with the trash kit, etc...All of this said, Highland was very non apologetic about the whole situation. It's very difficult to get ahold of anybody via a phone call and their preferred method of communication seems to be email. When one of my backordered cabinets arrived I was basically told that I would have to wait more than a week for delivery because they couldn't fit me in their delivery schedule. I spent numerous hours dealing with unnecessary aggravation, I had to drive two times to their warehouse to pick up my products that I had already paid for delivery and I had to delay my counter installation twice. BUYER BEWARE!!!
