Inspired Closets was very easy to work with and I appreciated the level of detail that Kamil had during the design phase. Our closet install took two days and was quite seamless, the installer (just one person) was very efficient and accommodating as well. The cabinets did take an extremely long time to ship, but that's more of a current market issue than anything else.

One thing to keep in mind, if you are designing a closet remodel is your own height compared to the height of the new closet. My husband has no issues reaching his clothing bars but I am JUST able to hang up clothing (I am 5'4). Certainly isn't a deal breaker, but not something I had even thought about until they were installed.

We had a great experience from the get go. Met super upbeat Teegan at the home and garden show who signed us up for a lot of new shelving. The estimator was very efficient and friendly and finally the installer Brad a special thumbs up. Professional, friendly, and made sure that everything went as well as we could have expected.

I have bought cabinets from Valley Discount Cabinets twice and everything is great. Love the cabinets. My bathroom is so much more organized. The craftsmanship is top-notch - no uneven gaps or edges, precise measurements, solid construction. They arrived in perfect condition and look beautiful.

My husband and I laid over 5k (that’s about 2,500 per closet) to have closet systems installed in our home. We were told we could add on features such as drawers for a minimum fee in the future. Six months later I called to have 3 drawers added to my closet, which they quoted at $700. $700 for 3 drawers on a closet worth $2,500… that seems a bit unreasonable. Not to mention I had to call multiple times to get this quote and finally it was the receptionist who answered my question, because the consultant was too busy to return any of my calls.
This company lacks professionalism. Their pricing is absurd! I definitely wish we had gone with a better company for our closets I do not recommend closets by design.

We had two custom cabinets made and the quality surpassed expectations. Attention to detail right down to replicating a VERY tough decorative router pattern to match our other mid-century modern cabinetry. In addition, with Linda and Arturo you get out of this world customer service. I am actively inventing another project just so we can have them back to our home!
