Best Custom Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

Sebastian and Vincent did a beautiful job installing our cabinets. I work in customer service and they were so personable, friendly, and professional when they completed my install. We look forward to working them again in the future for replacing and updating more cabinets in our home.

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

Review

I do NOT recommend using this company for your cabinet design/installation. It was hands down the worst experience of our entire house remodel.
- The cabinets that arrived did not look like our original renderings that we spent weeks on designing with the sales person
- The cabinet designer did not use any of the measurements taken by shop foreman.
- They started to install the wrong molding
- The corner cabinets were the absolute WORST! This company is completely incompetent when it comes to corner cabinets. The corners never lined up with the molding. We have two corner cabinets that we can’t let our kids use because event with limiters... they will hit the corners of the hood and cause major damage.
- The gaps between the cabinets and the drawers were all asymmetrical.
- Needless to say our cabinets and faces had to be remade SEVERAL times.
- We signed contracts on April 29th. It took them until September 10th to complete the job.
- At one point they said everything was perfectly aligned and good to go. The cabinets were so bad that we couldn’t even open four of the cabinets.
- On all of the top drawers... they made the trim so wide that you couldn’t even fit a handle on them.
- The installer ended up putting a large hole in our wall
- Three different employees said the phrase “this was a learning experience for us”
- The medicine cabinets were all the wrong size
- The touchup person took a package off of my porch and used it as a table to paint the cabinets.
- They added a set of drawers to the master bathroom which would have been fine if they worked. That drawer set literally went over our sink plumbing.
- The lower kitchen cabinets were off by an entire 1/2”. Our counter installers had a heck of a time laying counters because of how unleveled the cabinets were.
- Emailed the main person we worked with, Leonard on several occasions about the issues happening at our house and never once directly addressed our problems.
- After everything was a complete mess we insisted for our project manager to actually come look at our home. At that time we told her that this job had taken way too long and had a hard deadline of 9-11. We were hosting a huge party for our daughter. After that meeting I got an email from her stating that they will begin working on the issues on 9/14!!! Two days AFTER the deadline for my daughter’s party.
- Traci assured us that there would be a discount on cost for all of our troubles. That did not happen. I received a bill for the full amount due. When I asked about the discount for all of the issues... they knocked off $500. That is $500 off of a $30k project.
- The cabinet that was made for the subzero fridge was the wrong size.
- We spent the last year removing every trace of brown from our home. The cabinets are not finished on the bottoms so now there is just a whole lot of brown showing in our grey home.
- The cabinet installers scratched the heck out of our brand new front door.
- Bar glass cabinet was built with two doors instead of one. It sags so bad and caused damage. They didn’t put the large hinge support like the renderings originally showed.
- The refrigerator panels were made incorrectly multiple times
- Upper corner cabinets were originally made 4 inches too short. And they were made the wrong shape/style.
- Display cabinet was made unfinished and too shallow.
- Installed a tiny spice rack drawer instead of a large corner cabinet.
- The cabinet from the sink to the ice maker is off by nearly an inch.
- The banding on the cabinets is inconsistent. It’s literally two different colors and sheens.
- I’ve mentioned to them on several occasions that some of the cabinets they remade have a different color than the original ones.
- There is still a bow in one of the kitchen cabinets.
- After these issues and MANY more... they have the audacity to ask me if they can have someone out to photograph our cabinets.

We loved working with Palo Verde and our cabinets are fabulous. They are creative and fun and worked within my budget - I would highly recommend.

What a great shopping experience. I went in just to look because we had been wanting to change our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. AZ Cabinets has such a good selection for great prices! The service provided was also exceptional, Canyon was patient and very willing to help! I would definitely recommend this store.

Salesman came out quickly for an estimate, stated we would receive a estimate by email in 2 days. When it had been several days I called the office and a women answered the phone who verified all my info & said she would get in touch with the salesman. We still have not received a phone call or email it has been a week, poor business practices, could at least reach out to us.

Our order was big as we were replacing every cabinet in the house and adding some new ones which required creativity in the design. Despite delivery time delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Erik VanVoorhis worked so hard to accomodation my design changes from the get go. He was great at making modifications to the available designs to meet our intended design. After explaining my schedule constraints to Erik, he worked so hard including late evenings and weekends with the rest of the team at 'Sanels Wholesale Cabinets' to accomodate my renovation schedule. The installation team did a tremendeaous job and the final product shown in the photos speaks for the fine workmanship of the whole team. Remember, this big project cost was at 60% of the quotes I got from other companies in the Phoenix area. Thanks Sanels Wholesale Cabinets for adding beautiful touch to my home.

Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

Huge shoutout to Mitchell! Asked if I needed help, sure enough did. He understood from a picture I had what I needed to install a faucet in my (older) RV. Very understanding and patient and wouldn't you know, I have a new faucet with no leaks! ? Didn't catch the cashiers name, but she was also friendly. Thanks guys!

Working with Eric of Authentic Custom Cabinetry helped make my kitchen remodel a breeze. He came to my house multiple times during the design phase and helped me change the layout of my kitchen. He was always available to answer any questions I had and responded quickly. Eric also helped me find other contractors for granite and cabinet installation. I am extremely happy with my new cabinets. The quality of the cabinets is evident by the use real hardwood, dovetails and soft close drawers and cupboards. I definitely recommend using Eric and authentic custom cabinets.

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

High end custom cabinets

Totally love the custom cabinets Copper Canyon did at our Phoenix home. We went with a very modern design in euro-style cabinets and they look great! Drawer boxes are extra sturdy and the soft close feature is easily my favorite.

Distinctive Custom Cabinetry redid the cabinets in our coffee shop and they look AMAZING. Thank you for doing such an excellent job and giving Elevate a whole new look! :)
