Michael and Juan showed up within an hour of my initial call to my homeowners insurance provider for water damage. They were friendly, professional, hardworking and wore masks without asking them to. Definitely would recommend to anyone with water damage, these guys are awesome!

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!

I know I've posted before but I failed to mention some points and it will not allow me to edit to include more of my experiences with them. This is an incredible company whoss service and dedication to customers and agents shines above the rest! I've referred customers to them due to their quick response and ethical practices and will continue to do so. I've also utilized their incredible training opportunities for CE and it is unmatched with the entertaining terrible jokes and relatable and informative training the time flies!
