Randy Smith (store mgr) at the Tatum and Thunderbird location worked with my wife and I to replace all our cabinets, counters and sinks recently while doing a full home remodel. We had New Age do cabinets and counter tops for both our kitchen and master bathroom during a recent remodel. The service they provided was first class from start to finish. The installers were on time and very courteous. They put in a lot of effort to make everything perfect. Victor really knows his stuff and helped us a lot with layout and design. The support team in admin are great. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns. Great people, great work and great prices. Highly recommended !

We've been contracting in Arizona for almost 20 years. Specifically, working in the kitchen and bath market for the past ten. A few years back we were dealers for 3 cabinetry lines in the Phoenix area. After too much hassle with the other guys, we decided to look into this operation. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.

After weeks of bids and empty promises, we found Designer Cabinet Refinishing. What a breath of fresh air. They FAR exceeded our expectations - even finished BEFORE the promised date! We were kept informed of the project everyday via phone call from Carole. The same 2 employees worked on the job, start to finish. They were clean, neat, efficient and kept things in order in an otherwise chaotic hot mess (let's face it, when you need to remove everything from your kitchen - it's daunting and chaotic). Ron suggested soft close hinges and replacement of the dated crown molding. Very reasonably priced for the amount of craftsmanship that goes into a project like cabinet painting. We are absolutely thrilled beyond words.

Great workmanship and very reliable

I have made multiple repairs to fully secure the cabinet doors. Space Solutions uses an inferior workmanship style of staples and glue to hold the cabinet front on (that facing has to hold the very heavy compressed wood doors and hinges). They refused to honor the warranty they provided to me, but I am quite capable to glue the facing and add wood screws to secure it correctly - I just shouldn’t have to. I complained to BBB, but Space Solutions, even though they did not rely to BBB within BBB’s requested timeframe (on multiple occasions) had their rating unaffected (according to BBB, because Space Solutions offered a slight reduction to their service fee to fix their poor workmanship). No thanks. There was a full warranty, which I was forced to prove repeatedly to BBB and Space Solutions. Pick another company-plenty of others out there!

My wife and I needed a custom drawer inserted into an existing wall for our nursery. With the little one on the way, we didn't have a lot of time to wait on unreliable carpenters. After a few un-returned calls and emails from other providers, I luckily found Linda and her husband. They were not only responsive, but when they came to my house to look at the project, they were professional as well as personal. They provided a very reasonable quote and when I gave them the go ahead, they were quick to complete the job. The drawer insert looks great and we'll definitely be reaching out again when our 2nd little one comes along!

The Hunt brothers did excellent work. We enjoyed working with Josh and Jeff to produce beautiful kitchen and bath remodels. They were patient, customer-service oriented, and always remedied any issue we came up against. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. We have gotten lots and lots of compliments!

Do not use Highborn. Our designer recommended us to them back in June (when our other cabinet person said they wouldn’t be able to get us in until mid october) and it’s been a huge mistake.

We paid our initial deposit June 15. We had our design meeting July 19. We were told they’d be done in 6-8 weeks. It is now November 18th and there is still a lot of remaining work to be done. Practically nobody has showed up in the last two weeks.

The cabinet color of the rifted oak wood (higher price) is not what we chose with the designer. The sample doesn’t match what showed up. They demanded a 90% payment before they’d even unload the cabinets for our contractor to check on them. One of the tower cabinets arrived damaged, which they fixed.

They messed up the electric lighting around the island. Like - majorly. It is not what we designed at all and looks so cheap. They are supposed to specialize in high end designer cabinets.

They have had to redo the fridge panels again. They keep coming to measure for the fridge despite the fact that we sent them all the appliance specs back in July.

Our coffee cup warming drawer, ice machine, fridge, and freezer still have no panels. Can’t open them.

The dishwasher panel is not right.

One of the bottom lower drawers has already broken. They said it was an issue with the track. It’s been stuck for a week now and they still haven’t fixed it.

We wanted inset minimal cabinets but what showed up is very framed and traditional styling.

The top part of the cabinet towers are completely crooked. One of them has a major gash in it.

The lighting track they put in our black island is silver. Our contractor said they could have easily done a black track to blend in.

All of the under cabinet storage on the bar stool sides are too large so when they open the spines hit and rub.

I could go on and on. We are due with our second baby in 2 days. They unloaded all of this over a month ago in our house and have left a mess. We haven’t been able to use our kitchen table or booth area because all of their stuff is spread out there - when they haven’t even showed up in 2 weeks. And I think all of this stuff is scraps and the wrong size that they are remaking. So why don’t they take it away so we can use our kitchen booth and dining table?? I have asked them this several times and told them I need this trash pile gone before thanksgiving and my baby arriving.

We originally started working with the sales girl Stephanie. Who left mid project without telling us. Then we were working with Nicholas. I just found out today that he also left. (He also didn’t tell us or sign off with us). My husband called the owners yesterday (apparently father and son team) and they promised Dave would come today to finish up the job. But instead Luis showed up today to measure something yet again and left after 2 mins. He said no one was coming this week but hopefully next week. And he told me Nicholas left.

They only have one installer Dave bouncing around all their projects.

It’s all a completely unorganized mess and it seems like no one wants to stay on their team. Once they get your 90% they practically abandon the job.

We want our money back.
