Charged more than was quoted. After the math didn’t add up, would not give an itemized invoice after we requested it. We had to eat a $1300 discrepancy that could not be accounted for. Buyer beware. Triple check the numbers. Very, very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and use the Granite Kings as your fabricator and skip the middle man altogether.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets and countertops with Jeff and could not have been happier with the process from initial consultation to project completion - he was with us the entire way. Not only was Jeff timely and responsive to our needs, but he ensured and stayed on top of the rest of the crew handling the installations. He made useful recommendations and cautioned us in areas we didn’t even think of with regard to the placement of appliances, lighting and so much more. We had a budget to stick to and with Jeff’s help we were able to maximize our dollars and received high quality products, and stayed within budget. We could not be happier with the outcome! The original project received a lot of attention from the owner, Robert. The project ran a couple of weeks over despite promises to deliver on-time. Timing was critical because we were having a baby and unfortunately, we brought our baby home to a construction mess.

They recommended refacing all of our cabinets, which was done with a real-wood sticker. Later, the product started bubbling. It looks awful. We should have known better.

We damaged one garage cabinet and it took (literally) 2 months to get a quote for a repair and to fix the bubbling. They quoted $4700 to repair one cabinet - obviously, they didn't want the job.

Months later, the bubbling still has not been fixed. I have placed several calls, sent emails with no response.

Their lifetime guarantee is no guarantee at all.

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

They helped me track my order and assisted me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. When I had an issue, Karen went above and beyond to help find a resolution. They were wonderful to deal with and definitely made my experience with Sanels Wholesale Cabinets a good one.
