Best Kitchen And Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

I ordered custom cabinets for my bathroom and THIS is what I got. I will let you be the judge. Be sure to CLICK on PHOTOS !! They are trying to tell me its normal for the door panels to shrink. My 18 yr old Home Depot cabinets outdo these by a long shot. Absolutely the worst !! I'm still trying to get them to replace them. They are very hard to get ahold of. I have had to drive there to get their attention. They should be ashamed ! I'm so sad..been waiting for a nice bathroom for a long time. Update ....Its been nearly two weeks since original post.Owner Rod, said he would contact us this week and come out to discuss what could be done with these cabinets. My significant other has contacted his VM daily. No calls from Rod or anyone else. Apparently, this needs to go to small claims.

They've done a few cabinets for our family and friends -- always the highest quality, always take care of any issues that pop up, super nice to work with. Mike Cook and Marc Portinga are two of our favorite people to work with in the industry. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Updating my review after change in circumstances. My earlier review: Nice people but competency, follow up and ownership of responsibility not of professional standard. And then 1star.

My reason for hiring Platinum Cabinetry was based 100% on recommendation by someone with whom I have complete confidence in work, ethics, and experience in remodeling/construction industry.

I put complete trust in that and went full steam ahead using this company's services. I expected their expertise to carry the day and to not have my lack of expertise be put to test. I was operating at a distance so needed a person that would make sure everything went smoothly, be it measurements , follow ups etc. Lots of issues had to be corrected on my dime. The critical element is that in the end , it is still my dollar, my project and my lack of being aware of the skill set they possessed in serving my purposes that led to frustration and disappointment. Communication is vital.

That being said, the company went ahead behind the scenes and corrected an issue that one of my frustrations. I learned of this from the 3rd party who took care of problem. I have tremendous competency expectations from professionals I hire, but even more important are trust and integrity of those who run the company. Without exception, I vouch for the integrity of the person who owns this company. If I have that, with communication, everything else works out.

Everyday so far work doesn’t start until 10:30am ( no wonder it takes weeks to get it done)
For a company with such good reviews I wonder if it’s all true
But they are really quick to charge your credit card

They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out. Wonderful to work with and excellent quality refinishing. We had New Generation give us a bid for painting our kitchen and bath cabinets and the end result was beyond impressive. I had no idea how many steps were involved in the process, but Anthoni did a great job of explaining everything to us up front. These guys really take the time to do things right. They were always here when they said they would be and even worked with us on scheduling that worked for our busy lives. Their prices were very fair and what we were quoted is what we paid, without any surprise expenses along the way like we have experienced with other home renovation projects in the past. Anthoni and his team were so great to work with and I would highly recommend them.
