I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

Very professional. Quality product. Fast response, completed project faster than anticipated. Made suggestions that surpassed our vision. We are very satisfied and will never work with a different company. I would strongly refer anyone to Pro Lable!

Purchased high gloss laminate cabinets for two rooms. Their quality control leaves a lot to be desired as about 1/3 of the cabinets had serious flaws. To their credit, Distinctive did replace the flawed ones, but that added a lot of time to the project and was an inconvenience, to say the least. In addition, one of the facings was not cut to the proper dimensions. Ideally, this should have been re-done offsite, but that would have necessitated significant delays to other parts of our project. So, we were forced to have it re-cut onsite with the seam ending up off-center.

I purchased an established home built in the late 80's and was really dated. AZ Unique Cabinets replaced all of my baseboards, door trim and refinished my interior doors. I am so amazed at how much this has transformed my home! I will definitely use them again when I am ready to remodel my kitchen and bathroom! They were absolutely awesome to work with!

I was looking for affordable cabinets for my laundry room makeover, and their staff Mike helped me choose the perfect set to fit my space and budget. The cabinets were installed flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier.

I couldn't be happier with my entire Triton Cabinet experience!. The estimate took about 20 minutes, they worked with me to fine tune it. Installation was about 3 weeks later and only took about 6 hours for a full wall of cabinets to be installed. They look amazing and the quality is excellent. The entire experience was professional, painless, and I highly recommend.

I’ve had a great and memorable experience working with Paul over the past 10 years. During this period of time he has designed and produced a number of unique and stunning functional furniture art pieces for my residence; the types of pieces that elicit responses such as, “WOW!”, “HOLY COW!” and “THAT'S SO COOL”. Paul is diligent, an excellent communicator, and a man of his word. While his inner sense of design and style are strong and defined, he always makes it a point to gather feedback regarding the overall direction and details of a particular piece. I have personally found that I can be as involved as I would like to be in the overall process, which for me, ultimately provides that important emotional connection to the finished product.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Deborah was very knowledgeable and accommodating as we made our decisions on our cabinets. She was on top of communication with us throughout the entire process. We had done an extensive search looking for the right company to work with and envision met the mark as they were professional, provided quality product and met our budget. We love our new kitchen!

I really appreciated how attentive Connie was with us. She spent over 2 hours with us helping us to design our kitchen. It was amazing in the end. We didn’t purchase the cabinets because we spoke to our contractor and decided to let him handle the cabinets. We would have ordered them if that wasn’t the case. Love to you all!

Good and bad. The cabinets themselves are very nice, good quality and very reasonable for the quality. However, we have 2 drawers that don't close correctly and we have been trying to get a touch up kit for a year and a half. The side of the pantry cabinet came with a big stripe of white where there is no finish. I have emailed and called CFA and all I get is the same response, Call the installer in Tucson that you got them from. I asked him many times for a touch up kit and never got one. We no longer want to deal with him for a lot of reasons. Then we replaced the refrigerator and need a shorter cupboard to go above it. An installer in Phoenix tried to get one for us, but they told him his boss would have to order it. We decided to forget it and we just can't open that cupboard ever because the refrigerator hinge is in the way. It isn't worth dealing with it any more. It will just stay shut and unused. I think it is sad that this company hides behind their installers and doesn't stand behind their product. Do not use Highborn. Our designer recommended us to them back in June (when our other cabinet person said they wouldn’t be able to get us in until mid october) and it’s been a huge mistake.

We paid our initial deposit June 15. We had our design meeting July 19. We were told they’d be done in 6-8 weeks. It is now November 18th and there is still a lot of remaining work to be done. Practically nobody has showed up in the last two weeks.

The cabinet color of the rifted oak wood (higher price) is not what we chose with the designer. The sample doesn’t match what showed up. They demanded a 90% payment before they’d even unload the cabinets for our contractor to check on them. One of the tower cabinets arrived damaged, which they fixed.

They messed up the electric lighting around the island. Like - majorly. It is not what we designed at all and looks so cheap. They are supposed to specialize in high end designer cabinets.

They have had to redo the fridge panels again. They keep coming to measure for the fridge despite the fact that we sent them all the appliance specs back in July.

Our coffee cup warming drawer, ice machine, fridge, and freezer still have no panels. Can’t open them.

The dishwasher panel is not right.

One of the bottom lower drawers has already broken. They said it was an issue with the track. It’s been stuck for a week now and they still haven’t fixed it.

We wanted inset minimal cabinets but what showed up is very framed and traditional styling.

The top part of the cabinet towers are completely crooked. One of them has a major gash in it.

The lighting track they put in our black island is silver. Our contractor said they could have easily done a black track to blend in.

All of the under cabinet storage on the bar stool sides are too large so when they open the spines hit and rub.

I could go on and on. We are due with our second baby in 2 days. They unloaded all of this over a month ago in our house and have left a mess. We haven’t been able to use our kitchen table or booth area because all of their stuff is spread out there - when they haven’t even showed up in 2 weeks. And I think all of this stuff is scraps and the wrong size that they are remaking. So why don’t they take it away so we can use our kitchen booth and dining table?? I have asked them this several times and told them I need this trash pile gone before thanksgiving and my baby arriving.

We originally started working with the sales girl Stephanie. Who left mid project without telling us. Then we were working with Nicholas. I just found out today that he also left. (He also didn’t tell us or sign off with us). My husband called the owners yesterday (apparently father and son team) and they promised Dave would come today to finish up the job. But instead Luis showed up today to measure something yet again and left after 2 mins. He said no one was coming this week but hopefully next week. And he told me Nicholas left.

They only have one installer Dave bouncing around all their projects.

It’s all a completely unorganized mess and it seems like no one wants to stay on their team. Once they get your 90% they practically abandon the job.

We want our money back.

Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Previously did business as Cabinets beyond. Late on promised completion dates. Unresponsive. Lied about reasonings that work was late when in reality they had just not completed my cabinets. Would definitely not recommend using this company.
