Amazing job!! They were super professional, very detail oriented, and asked how I preferred certain things. They even moved my couch to clean behind it! Every room was perfect when they were finished!

We could not run our vacation rentals without them!! They provide a quality check after every clean, so I know our guests are receiving the best home away from home stay! All our guests comment on how clean our condos are.

I’ve used this service for a few months now. I’m always so happy when I come home and my home is clean and organised and smells divine. I have a pet and they are mindful he was a stray and he’s never stressed when I get home. Would definitely recommend this service.

I needed my place cleaned before the 4th of July. They were able to do same day services and in a timely manner. It was a very professional experience and I will be continuing my cleans bi-weekly!

We just resent ly had our our house cleaned by Dirt Busters and their technician did a superb job. Our technicians was Yesenia Puenta. She was very professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. We would also like to commend Carmen and Chris, from Dirt Busters, who did a followup to see if we're satisfied, which we were. Both of these ladies were also very professional and courteous.

At the beginning things worked smoothly, we had a bi-weekly schedule and we loved out cleaner. At that point we only had to deal with Maid Complete the one time on our initial booking. After about 4 cleanings we were vacant from our home for a month and delayed our next booking there so. This is when things came off the rails.

Unpon returning home, the week before Thanksgiving, the person who was not our original maid did not show up. Ok no problem, stuff happens. We then asked for another cleaning after Thanksgiving. The earliest they could get us in was 2 weeks out. We requested to have our original cleaning lady come to do our house and they said that they would do that for us. I called a day before to confirm because they never got back to us and they said it was a new cleaning person. Which was a problem because we needed to leave the house before the new crew arrived and we don't trust random people all throughout our home so we had to cancel. Due to the mixup and their previous cancelation they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We re-scheduled for a few days later and planed to be around for the new cleaning crew. They did not show up.

This company is simply a middleman for independent cleaning services to get bookings due to their reputation and marketing. We Imagine they do little to no vetting and their booking process of cleaning personnel is not very reliable, especially at short notice.

With all of the inconsistencies and lack of communication about our needs, we decided to move on from this company.

They were gracious enough to not charge us for any inconveniences and therefor I am inclined not to give them the worst rating possible.
