STAY FAR AWAY! I set up an appointment to get my house deep cleaned after I moved out to get it ready for upcoming tenants. My appointment time comes and goes and I receive an email saying that my appointment was cancelled and that I am being charged a late fee. I was shocked. I called and spoke with Amy, she claimed that they called me and texted me and because they couldn't reach me they weren't able to access the house. I sent my call log showing that there were no calls made and asked her to do the same. She said she would and never did. I follow up and call a couple of hours later, she then says that they tried to call but it didn't go through(which was just an obvious lie) and that they will be waiving the cancellation fee. She then claimed that the reason it was cancelled was because there animals and bugs in my house which was another blatant lie since they cancelled the appointment claiming that they couldn't enter the home because I didn't answer the calls they never made.

JUST STAY FAR AWAY. THIS IS A TERRIBLY RAN COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.

Vaughn and Alyssa were excellent. Very hard working, friendly, and professional. Scheduling with Scott was easy too. I would hire them again.

George did a good job getting our pool back in order. We first had problems with the pool cleaner, he put in new gaskets which solved the problem. Then we had issues with the waterfall, he installed a new motor and other parts, then it worked fine.

The team is responsive when we have questions about our pool and the service. The weekly pool technician if very knowledgeable and friendly. He answers any questions we have.

Worst company ever they over sprawed plaster all over my cooldeck and plants and gravel. They broke my outdoor facet creating a leak that i had to replace. They broke my hose and dprinker system.They littered all through my backyard without cleaning up after their lunch. They never replaced my pool fittings or hooked up my pool sweep, they didnt program my pool motor it just stays on all the time ?‍♂️. The new tiles they put it are already cracking a week after install. The plaster has lines in it for not being properly applied. They left all my old pool fighters scattered around the lawn. They left their ladder in my back yard for over a month. They have horrible communication they tell they will show up to check it out and then never dhow. They dont return emails or phone calls. My project start Jan 21 and still isnt complete and loads of issues and problems. I would give this company a wide berth. I will be contacting the Attorney General of Arizona, BBB Consumer Affairs. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
