My experience was nice. They did an overall good job cleaning considering the amount of time they had. In the future I would use them again but use their deep cleaning service as their move in service seemed to only cover superficial surfaces.

I am a nurse andwork long hours with no set schedule. They have done a bang up job every time amd accomidate my work schedule. Great cleaning service, always on time, very detailed.

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
