Everything looked great! Loved the personal touches like the folding of the toilet paper, and folding of all the blankets. It was very clean and was a pure joy to come home and see the place so nice.

Great cleaning teams. Very pleased with their work. Have been using Merry Maids for over twenty-five years. Reliable, thorough and the teams are always very pleasant and do quality work. Even in these scary times, they are extra careful with masks and gloves and continue to do an outstanding job.

The Maid Brigade means well but falls short. The maids were chronically later than their appointment time. The maids made comments about the temperature we keep our air conditioner at which lead to one of the maids physically turning our air down 7 degrees when there was no one home, violating our trust. The company did nothing but inform us the maids would be spoken to. That same maid was sent back to our home the next cleaning after the company guaranteed that maid would not be sent to our home again. The cleaning was very light and our home never smelled clean after they cleaned it which could be due to the green cleaners yet still a nice fragrance would be appreciated. Lastly there was huge inconsistencies in the cleanings that even our young children recognized and complained about.

Zowie came to our house today. She was extremely professional and friendly.But more importantly she did an amazing job cleaning our home. My husband and I are VERY high maintenance gay men and have worked with multiple cleaning companies in the past but Zowie did an outstanding job.
