I recently got married and moved into my husbands home. Let's just say the carpet was in need of some EXTREME help. Prior to moving my furniture in, I chose Chem Dry to service the carpets. Dan Koedyker was the chosen one to do the job of lifting urine stains and removing the smell from a couple of bedrooms and stairs. He did an absolutely amazing job! He was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable in knowing the job was going to get done right. He explained the process and told me ahead of time how much the job was going to be. Had the best workers sent out and were able to get the job done as prompt as possible thank you crystal and cece these ladies were sent out to inspect seen the issue and made sure it was done and treated correctly so I would no longer have issues in my home love the professionalism

I just had my fireplace cleaned and inspected. Shaun was 20 minutes early which was great! He was polite and gave me a few pointers. He also advised me I didn't in fact need a stopper installed on the damper since it isn't gas and is real wood burning. He was done in about 30 minutes. He collected payment ($150) and carried on with his day. It wasn't until he left when I noticed what mess was created in the process. He had put down a blanket to protect my fresh paint and floors but that didn't seem to help. Im not sure if the dirt blew around or if the blanket was dirty. Regardless, I would have hoped he'd cleaned up after himself instead of commenting on my nice paint job. Now Im left scrubbing and it just keeps spreading on the base and walls. That is my only concern. Its annoying after spending money for a professional service.
