We have been using MaidPro for several years now. We originally started with a monthly cleaning just to see how it went. From there we increased our cleaning schedule to every other week. Starting in 2020 we have decided to do weekly cleaning. Our decision to stick with MaidPro is due to Beatriz (Betty). She is an amazing women who magically cleans our house. We have animals and she somehow makes all the fur disappear. We would not be able to run our lives without Betty. She is a huge help and we love her for tolerating us and our animals. WOW where do I even begin. I called Stella to help clean my home that was redone after a tragic fire in November. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable- I immediately knew I could trust her with my home. Not only did she clean the entire post-construction mess, they worked tirelessly for two days on my fridge that had been sitting, off, since November 2022(Black mod, gnats, etc.). I hired them to clean the townhouse I had just moved out of on Wednesday August 12th 2020. When the cleaning team arrived I spoke to Pilar as she was the team leader. I explained that I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned inside, no external windows. Showed her the move out check list from my landlord and Pilar told me it would be about 3 hrs. I left them to perform their job and returned when Pilar texted me that they had about 20 min left. I walked through the entire place with Pilar and she told me if anything was not up to my expectations that they would redo the spots I was unhappy with. It wasn't necessary as they had done a phenomenal job. I could not have been more satisfied and neither could my landlords as when they looked through the house today, they asked for the company I used so they could hire them and recommend them to all of their tenants for a quality cleaning company.
I will be calling them again for some spring cleaning in my current home.

Ruined my custom pieces that needed to be tended to with spot cleaning and professional care like most dry cleaning places with any semblance of skill and professionalism would.Yet instead treated my things like stuff that could just be thrown in the washer and they sure did just that, and ruined it.
