There was a picture and the guy looked friendly. You can always tell a lot by a picture I sent a request I got an immediate response from Carter. He was professional and amazing and so personable and tended to my needs. He set up an appt and a cleaner came out to my house. She was amazing. She was so great and professional, and wanted to just do the best she could to help me and make my apartment sparkle ! which she did is just that her name is Shadaya and she is great.
