We were paying one of our employees extra to do the cleaning. We switched to CBN about a year ago. They do a fantastic job. Our office is much cleaner for about the same money. Bob is always very available and quick to provide answers to any questions.

They were on time. They were here for about 8 hrs, as one was in training. It was the worst job I ever had. I found dust so many places that should have been cleaned! I would not hire them again . It was not cheap.

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.

I worked for this cleaning company 2 weeks ago. Everyday I worked I asked for hiring paperwork to be established with the company and obviously for being paid for working and would be told tomorrow we will have it over and over again by the manager Andrew who is the Owners son. On payday I asked for a paycheck and he refused to pay me stating I cannot prove I worked for the company as they never documented it. I have filed a claim with the Arizona Labor Board, a complaint with the BBB, reached out to a manager at Robertson’s Fuel Systems located at 800 W Carver Rd #101 Tempe, AZ 85284 which is where this company cleans M-F 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
