Best General Dusting in Phoenix AZ

Paid for a move in cleaning, they had a team get sick and were unable to make it on the day scheduled, but the company was great about reaching out to my quickly to get it rescheduled for the next day.

Sent out one cleaner, and she did a killer job. Was very thorough and made sure to I could check every bit including the top of the kitchen cabinets. All in all well worth the money I paid and even with the reschedule very hassle free.

We have been pleased with Arizona Cleaning for over 10 years. Being busy professionals with two kiddos and a cat, we appreciate having the team’s dedication to detail and the consistency in services. We value Arizona Cleaning’s high level of ethics and standards - a picture frame was accidentally broken during their cleaning time, years ago, and they replaced it within a week and any concerns we have are addressed right away. We appreciate that Sean and Anna are checking on their teams and keeping consistency with their services AND it is always great to talk with them to catch up!

We had a thorough cleaning done last Friday on January 20, 2023 and the two ladies were terrific. They did a great job and were very punctual on their arrival and were considerate of our personal space as well. Everything sparkled and I will be using them again. I used Peak cleaning as I moved into a new apartment for a deep clean. I’m never one to write a review or complain but wow I have never been so disappointed in a service before. They gave me an estimation on how long it would take (3 hours) and then reached out twice adding 30 minutes each time, which resulted in adding $60 to my bill. If you’re going to add time you might as well keep adding time until the job is done. I had to walk around the apartment and point out multiple spots they missed. If I wasn’t there these pictures would be way worse. Being that I’m in customer service it is sad to see how other companies treat their customers who are paying a lot of money for a service. I will be posting on my groups page to avoid peak cleaning. You can find a better deal/service else where.

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.
