I'm looking forward to having this team perform a few deep cleanings on my house each month. Based on my personal interactions with the owner and employees, I would wholeheartedly advise hiring this business!

I was very happy when they left yesterday. But woke up this morning to find white patches everywhere & having to clean over everything they touched and carpets were soaked so completely they still arent dry.

Security and trust were the most important factor when hiring a service and CBN Building Maintenance was an easy decision. The monthly fees are worth it and Kevin and I are pleased that we turned over the cleaning to them. We highly recommend them.

We had been looking to have our carpets cleaned for a while. I spent well over an hour looking online for the best quality ratings and reviews. I came across Dr. Chem-Dry, called and left a message on a Sunday.. explained that we had some pet stains that needed to be addressed. Monday was Labor Day, I recieved an email and a phone call. We set an appointment for the following day. Dan showed up at exactly 10:00 am as promised. Checked everything over, and said that it should not be a problem. When we got home, the carpets looked and smelled better than I could have imagined. We had 1 spot that resurfaced, I called, Dan came back out, took care of it right away. I could not be happier with the service, cost, professionalism of the entire process. The cost was less than what we had been expecting, but the service was over the top. THANK YOU DR. Arizona Carpet Care is the best! I work in the Mutli-Housing business and have used them for years. I've worked with Vernon for years he has great customer service and follow up. All the ladies in the office Karla, Xotchil and everyone is so quick to answer and very friendly. Aaron & Jason are amazing techs. They do such a great detailed job and are very friendly.
