I have actually never met or seen any of them - they simply let themselves in using my access code. They always arrive and leave exactly when they say they will - and the team is super responsive when I need to reschedule my recurring service. I would highly recommend Queen of Maids to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and qualified cleaning service.

We are now several weeks in with Health Point Cleaning Solutions and I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

We have attempted to reach this company all week to cancel service and no one will return our emails or phone calls. The quality of service was adequate for what they quoted us for a weekly cleaning. However, over time, they level of service degraded to an unacceptable level. After 6 attempts with their company, the Regional Director finally communicated with us that he will cancel service and have our key returned.

Eric & Tony were the technicians who were assigned to clean my rear patio that was stained from all the residual rainfall over the years. In addition I needed to have 60 windows cleaned. In about 3 hours they had everything completed and everything looked clean and fresh.
