Best Home Cleaning Service in Phoenix AZ

This company was awesome! We are from out of town and I was worried about getting carpets and tile cleaned not knowing who to go through. Have always used the chem-dry product back home so I picked a chem-dry company here. THEY were top notch. Kody, the technician was friendly and really cared about the job he was doing. Very professional company. I recommend them highly. You can't go wrong if you choose them.

I use this business for dry clean and household laundry, it’s great! My delivery guy is the same person, I have his contact info, he delivers notes/thank you’s to the people that wash my clothes. I am quite happy with this service and highly recommend.

Good service friendly staff

We used them for multiple cleaning for our real estate clients. Got multiple complaints on how slow they move. When this last cleaner left the house with multiple issues, they gave us a small discount and didn't take any ownership for the standard of service they provided. After sending them lots of business, it was clear it didn't mean anything to them, nor the future business we would have sent their way.

M&K cleaning was referred to me after any plumber in surprises on a four hour wait last night! Half my house was flooded I had a mainline back up even though it’s not a normal service offered they got me on clogged water cleaned up and I was able to go to bed at my normal time! Thanks M&K cleaning I know I wasn’t in your wheelhouse last night but I appreciate you driving all the way out and get me a hole in my house again M&K cleaning was referred to me after any plumber in surprises on a four hour wait last night! A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

We are trying to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the coronavirus; that is why we have been using All Pro Sanitize weekly to come to disinfect our service vehicles and offices. Andy and his team are great to work with since a lot of coordination is required with our service vehicle fleet. We highly recommend them to help keep yourself safe and to stop the spread of covid19.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.
