Valley best cleaners provided an awesome service, they are all about customer service and Amy did a wonderful job cleaning our house! She was friendly and professional.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

Stratus cleans at my office and they are the best cleaning company we have had. They are good to be here everyday plus they do a good job. If we ever have any issues they are good to fix them right away.

Peak Cleaning did our move out cleaning and they did a fantastic job! They were right on time, professional, and completed the job above and beyond what I had expected. I definitely should’ve been using them to clean my place all along! My landlord was very pleased with that state of the unit after it was cleaned. The office staff was very nice and helpful, giving me a quick quote when I called and got me scheduled right away. I will be using Peak again for any future cleanings I need and will be recommending them to my friends and family in the valley.

Maria is wonderful! She is very responsive, shows up when she says she will and always does a very thorough job cleaning.

WOW where do I even begin. I called Stella to help clean my home that was redone after a tragic fire in November. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable- I immediately knew I could trust her with my home. Not only did she clean the entire post-construction mess, they worked tirelessly for two days on my fridge that had been sitting, off, since November 2022(Black mod, gnats, etc.). She saved my appliances and made my home feel like home. I will continue to support and promote this business. Thank you so much again

I have been a daycare provider for 10 years now and for as long as I can remember we never had a consistent cleaner that did a great job everyday at a day care facility. But, I must say Phoenix Super Maids are the best yet and we are very  particular...lol. Keep up the great work and Sonny makes it all easy to work with. Great for pet owners. Had a deep cleaning done due to allergies and pet hair. I requested pet safe cleaning solutions be used and they were able to accommodate. Would recommend this service.

Horrible experience. I only gave 1 star for the manager Scott who is professional. The cleaner Alexis didn’t clean the kitchen floor, sink, microwave. and left it filled with grease. that was included in the cleaning service. Would not recommend this to anyone. Stay away. They send their worst cleaner if you buy with groupon

I hired them to come in and clean out after tenets had just trashed and destroyed my rental. I must say not only did they make it look brand new they even did minor repairs that I had not asked them to do. They had affordable rates same day service and they went above and beyond if you’re looking for a cleaning company to handle your property call them you won’t be disappointed!

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.
