We really appreciate their willingness to work on any size job, it can sometimes be difficult to find a company who will do a small repair but Ivan at San-Co is great & has help us finish a few projects-to the delight of our mutual customers. Ociel’s team did a good job and he was initially very responsive. Post job I noticed one area needed to be refinished and cracks that at the very least needed to be patched, no big deal. However, I’ve left multiple voicemails, sent texts, still no response. My next option is the legal route. Don’t hire a company or man who can’t stand behind their work and disappears as soon as the money’s in his pocket. Stay away from Prosperity Construction, go with anyone else.

We had some concerns with our slab/foundation cracks that were noted when we pulled up our carpet. Tim with RamJack came out did an initial investigation and we used RamJack to do a foundation survey. While we were expecting the worst and prepared for a potential high cost, Tim and RamJack were completely professional and honest and advised us the survey revealed we did not have any foundation issues that required any further actions. It was great dealing with such honest people and not trying to sell us something we did not need.

I dont typically leave reviews but Glendale Concrete Solutions really impressed me with their communication and execution. They walked me step by step through the process and the different options for my patio.

I live in Scottsdale and wanted a lighter color to accent the natural terrain. I also wanted the stamped concrete look for my backyard and with their experience they were able to bring my vision to life. I could not be more pleased with it.

Rick and his A-Team ( Derik & Ivan) just finished adding several areas of concrete to our side yard. Every day they were exactly on-time, very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Their work was outstanding, with great attention to details. They even went above and beyond to solve a gate problem. I am already thinking of future projects for RDM. I highly recommend them. James came out to give us a quote on fixing our heaved slab and identifying the root cause. What was expected to only take a day and a half to fix ended up taking three days. Frank, Frank and Brian did a fantastic job on grinding and leveling our floor. They were very good at communicating about the issues they found as well as coming up with solutions. The entire project from start to finish was seemless and the staff was courteous, professional and great to work with. Highly recommended.
