My interactions with this company throughout were fantastic. They were really kind, competent, and enjoyable to deal with. They have my support and I will keep using their services!

Ryan came out to check our foundation & had no trouble telling us that our foundation concerns were cosmetic at this point & no further action needed to be taken. He told us what to watch out for & when/if our foundation gets to that point, we will definately be calling Arizona Foundation Solutions. They didn't try to make up repairs that weren't needed in order to get our money.

This company did an awesome job on my patio extension. They were professional and completely the job in a timely manner. They were also thorough with the cleanup after the job.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. These folks KNOW what they’re doing, take great pride in their work and strive to ensure their customers are completely satisfied with the results. The installation team did a great job. They listened to what we wanted and designed the layout with us. The lighting fixtures installed on the steps were a highlight of the final design. We are grateful!!

Amazing experience end to end. The crew was ALWAYS on time, extremely customer focused and very knowledgeable - beyond impressed! Notably after the job was completed I noticed a few little areas that needed attention. After a quick call they took action and touched it up without hesitation. I highly recommend this business!!

I wish I can give them a quarter of a star, my drive way is about 1,000 sqft. These pavers don’t have a pattern they are just installed how ever they fit. The boarder line of my driveway doesn’t have a pattern they are just placed all types of different ways. Some pavers stick further out of the outline and some are sinking. Some cuts have over 3/4” gaps and filled with sand that just falls out with rain. I requested repairs they came out and replaced pavers with cracked and holes. I called the office and talk to Brook about the imperfections and she sent out a supervisor for an inspection. He stated that everything was good and up to their scope.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!
